What days do you deliver?
Deliveries will be delivered on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
If you need a delivery on a different day, please email us and we will try our best.
When is cut off for delivery?
From 12pm the day before you’d like your delivery, at the latest.
(Monday 12pm or before, Friday 12pm before for Saturday, Sunday delivery.
We don’t want anyone to miss out so if you’ve missed cut off times please email us to see if we can accommodate your request.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based on suburb postcode and corresponding courier charges.
We are based in Fremantle, so courier fees are based on the distance from there.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
We will always endeavour to leave the flowers or arrangements in a safe spot, hidden from street view and the weather. All fresh flowers will be delivered with a water bubble or vase so will be completely fine until the lucky person arrives home. We will also leave a calling card in the recipient’s letter box, so they know we’ve been. Please leave us a note or email us if the property is hard to access or hard to find. If for some reason we have to re deliver, this could incur another delivery charge.
How long do the Everlasting Arrangements last?
All the Everlasting arrangements are handmade and are created with a combination of textures from treated flower, foliages and pampas grass. They will not die like fresh florals and if taken care off will last for years on end. Be careful as direct sunlight can fade the preserved flowers if coloured, and handle with care as they are very delicate.
Do you make Custom Everlasting Arrangements?
I can make custom arrangements, although there may be a minimum spend. Please email for further information.
